About us
MissOuri Consulting is an consulting firm specializing in youth, gender and social development, based in Bamako (Mali), and operating in West Africa and the Sahel.
It was founded to meet the need to strengthen the quality, effectiveness and impact of public policies and development programs that fully integrate youth and gender issues.
The firm draws on a network of national and regional experts, contextual knowledge and expertise in the technical and contractual requirements of donors.
We position ourselves as a local partner, capable of producing rigorous, contextualized and directly actionable analyses for decision-making in often complex and fragile environments.
